Privacy Policy

TL;DR

We collect only what we need to get back to you — name, email, phone, and what you wrote. We don't sell your data. No advertising trackers, no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel. Everything sits on a single Hetzner server in Frankfurt, Germany.

What we collect

  • Form submissions: name, email, phone, business name, service type, message. If you complete the deeper brief (budget, timeline, USP) — those answers too.
  • Anonymous traffic analytics: which page you visited, how long you stayed, where you arrived from (referrer), browser/device. Your IP is SHA-256 hashed at the /24 mask before storage — the original IP is never kept.
  • Session cookies: a single anonymous session ID to track you across pages within one visit. No advertising tracking.
  • UTM parameters: if you arrived from a campaign, we keep utm_source/utm_campaign from the URL — nothing else.

How we use it

  • To get back to you with a quote or an answer.
  • To auto-classify lead intent and ping Adir on WhatsApp when AI detects a serious intent. Classification runs through Google Gemini API (details below).
  • To understand which pages perform better and improve them.

Third parties

  • Google (Gemini API): the content of your message is sent to Google's API for lead classification and reply drafting. Google states it does not train models on Gemini API content. Policy: ai.google.dev/gemini-api/terms.
  • Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany): hosting provider. All data lives on a single machine in Frankfurt.
  • WhatsApp / Meta: only if you contacted us via WhatsApp — that conversation is in your normal WhatsApp chat. We do not use a third-party WhatsApp Business API.
  • Not used: Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or any advertising pixel.

Retention

  • Form submissions: up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete.
  • Visit analytics: up to 12 months.
  • Email / WhatsApp threads: as long as the business relationship is active.

Your rights

Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law (5741-1981) and GDPR principles:

  • Get a copy of the data we hold on you.
  • Ask for corrections.
  • Ask for full deletion — confirmed within 7 business days.
  • Opt out of marketing communications.

Cookies

The site uses one anonymous session cookie loaded in your browser, lifetime ~30 days. No advertising cookies, no third-party tracking. You can block cookies in your browser without breaking the site.

Changes to this policy

If we add a third-party service or change anything material, we'll update the "Last updated" date here. Material changes will also be emailed to active clients.
