In short
If you contacted us via a form on this site, via Facebook Login (when connecting a business Page to our internal management tool), or via any other service — you can request complete deletion of your data. We process requests within 7 business days and confirm in writing by email.
How to request deletion
Send an email to:
Subject: "Data deletion request".
In the body, include one of the following so we can verify your identity and locate all your data:
- The email address you used to contact us, or
- The company name / Page associated with the account, or
- Your Facebook User ID or Page ID, if you contacted us via Meta integration.
What gets deleted
- Submissions you made via site forms.
- Message contents, lead data, and any AI classification of your message.
- Facebook Page / LinkedIn access tokens we stored for automated publishing.
- Your user profile in our management system, if one was created.
- Anonymized visit analytics — no longer personally identifiable, but we delete all activity tied to your sessions within 30 days of the request.
Timeline
- Within 3 business days — we acknowledge your request and may ask for clarification if needed.
- Within 7 business days — deletion is complete and you receive written confirmation.
- Within 30 calendar days — all backups rotate out and every trace of your data is gone.
